Liz has helped set up Centaur Leadership and works with Sandy Cotter to shape the strategic direction of the business. She has been involved with the Centaur model for five years.

In l992 Liz co-founded Redwood Consulting, a dynamic and thriving communications consultancy and she remains a driving force behind the business. With more than 30 years as a corporate communications adviser, Liz has built a reputation for providing expert counsel and strategic solutions for Redwood’s clients. Meanwhile, she continues to be interested in the interpersonal and relational aspects of organisational success.
