Lucy has over 20 years of international experience in the development of boards, leaders, managers and their teams. She has delivered leadership and management training in the UK, the US and Asia. Lucy works across all sectors to improve team performance helping individuals to understand their personal impact and improve how they influence and collaborate with those around them.
In l992 Lucy co-founded Redwood Consulting. Under her leadership and strategic direction as CEO the communications firm has developed into a dynamic, thriving business. Consequently, Lucy is able to bring to her leadership development work a deep, incisive understanding of creating, growing and managing a business.
She is a board level coach, mentor and facilitator through the Close Partnership through which she designs and delivers leadership programmes for major financial institutions. Lucy is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), 16 PF, Transition Management and the Pesso Boyden System of Psychotherapy (PBSP). She currently coaches on Cranfield’s award winning Women’s Leadership Programmes for a global law firm. Lucy has been working with the Centaur model for over a decade.
Lucy’s supportive coaching style combines the ability to challenge with a great sense of fun, sensitively and tact, analysing the root cause of clients’ issues and offering pragmatic perspectives to help them create solutions.
