Culture is often described as ‘our way of getting things done around here’. It includes unwritten rules that are never in the induction pack, but are more important than almost everything contained in that pack. Whilst the culture may be unwritten, its consequences are reflected in corporate statistics and often in staff turnover rates which ultimately reflect how wholesome that culture really is.
