Georgina is a practitioner with over 20 years international experience, exercising world class leadership skills with integrated, strategic thought leadership. She is still actively consulting on global business transformations, whilst leading Centaur development sessions and creating bespoke leadership pathways for clients. She finds the insight she has from experiencing the same issues and challenges as the leaders she coaches, compliments her use of Centaur in a practical and grounded way.
A graduate of Manchester University, Georgina worked in the media before getting involved in international M&A, she had a brief life as a Programme Director, before realising she was actually doing Organisation Effectiveness (OE) and Transformation. Following a number of OE and Transformation Director roles in big corporate, Georgina became an independent Leadership and Transformation consultant. Her clients have included Boeing Global Services, for whom she created a year long, leadership pathway through each strata of leadership, with participant satisfaction reaching 95%.
Georgina is a six sigma green belt, a graduate of Dave Ulrich’s prestigious HR Partnership and an accredited Power and Systems facilitator and exec level coach. She spent almost 20 years studying Centaur with Sandy, before starting her journey of delivering Centaur programmes.
Additionally Georgina fulfils a business consultancy role at Centaur and is currently working with Sandy on the next generation of Centaur, modernising our approach to delivering our unique leadership models, grounded in integrity, aimed at creating an ethical, sustainable and inspiring approach to leadership.
